Natural vs. Adapted Style
Most DISC tools show you one thing: how someone is behaving right now, which is often shaped by stress, role expectations, or what they think they're supposed to be that day. That's a snapshot, and snapshots shift.

Extended DISC® measures something steadier underneath that: a person's natural, hard-wired behavioural style, alongside the adapted style they're currently using to cope with pressure or expectation. Seeing both side by side is what makes the results useful.
For your team, that difference is practical. You're shown where someone's natural strengths are being stretched thin trying to meet a role or expectation, which is usually where burnout, miscommunication, and quiet disengagement actually start.
