With over 18 years of leadership experience across high-stakes industries including IT, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, and Mining, I now specialise in helping leaders build high-performing teams anchored by one principle: putting human-ness back at the heart of business.

Through evidence-based coaching, psychometric profiling, and leadership diagnostics, I guide business owners and corporate leaders to move from operational overwhelm to conscious, impactful leadership.

Years ago, whilst working at a global mining company, I lost a former colleague from my past work to suicide.
He was one of the first people who made me feel welcome in the professional environment. As a migrant from Jakarta, Indonesia, I was struggling to find my sense of belonging in the workplace. He was capable, respected, outwardly thriving. But underneath, he was silently struggling. None of us saw it coming. That moment changed my career trajectory. I found my purpose.
That loss made me reflect deeply on what we did differently as a team.
We were high-performing — consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs and delivering results.
But we were also something more.
We had a genuine sense of community: We had fun together, we had each other's backs when pressure mounted, we jumped in to help without being demanded to do, and we challenged each other's thinking with respect and care.
That experience taught me firsthand that high-performing teams aren't just about hitting the numbers. They're built on something deeper — on putting people at the heart of performance. When you create a culture where people genuinely care for each other, the results follow naturally.

Meta Dynamics™ is a personality profiling tool that goes beyond observable behaviors to examine how leaders think, process information, and make decisions. Developed by Remi Person of International Coaching Institute in Melbourne, Australia, this assessment measures thinking styles across four critical leadership pillars.

Unlike behavioral profiling tools such as eDISC, Meta Dynamics™ focuses on the internal cognitive patterns that shape how leaders approach challenges, opportunities, and relationships. Meta Dynamics™, like so much in this field, borrows from other modalities, including neuro linguistic programming, neuroscience, compassionate mindfulness, behavioural coaching, attachment theory, internal family systems, positive psychology, self-determination theory, and adult learning and development models.
